SCALEA
The Talao Tower is the signature monument of the town and overlooks a long beach up to the iconic Ajnella reef and its marvellous grottos, coves and a mysterious fresh-water waterfall. SANTA MARIA EL CEDRO
It is the land of Cedro, hence the name and the dedicated museum. Furthermore, the Laos Archeological Park is part of a significant historical heritage, including the Abatemarco Castle and the so called Impresa Prison.
CIRELLA
It is one of the few ghost-towns in Italy, with an amphitheatre hosting one of the main musical events in Calabria (the Peperoncino Jazz Festival) and the fascinating vestiges and sanctuaries towering over the delightful new village along the coastline. The little island named after the town adds an exotic twist.
DIAMANTE
The city of murals and chili peppers (‘peperoncino’), where getting lost in the allies and its bars and typical shops is a pleasure. The promenade is both vibrant and romantic, the sandy beaches are golden, and the Corvino natural park is like a marvellous green heart.
